Warranty & Returns

All T J Composites products are warranted against defects in materials and manufacturing for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only manufacture defects and does not cover transport and usage damages. Warranty is effected by the following:

  • Misuse
  • Damage caused by transport
  • Unauthorised repairs
  • Removal of manufacturer stickers

Maintenance - Do's and Don'ts

Our Products are produced from high quality composite materials, but require care and maintenance to extend the lifetime of your boat and paddles:

  • Find cool shaded areas to store boat (undercover above zero degrees and below 30 degrees centigrade).
  • Do not leave any product in the direct sun for long periods.
  • Ensure boat is securely fastened to padded roof racks.
  • Do not over tighten straps on car roof racks.
  • Store and transport boat in fitted padded boat bag.
  • Never store or transport boat inside wet bag.
  • Clean your boat with soap and water, especially after use in salt water.
  • Do not use harsh chemicals to clean your product.
  • Ask only experienced people to repair your product.
